When I see something like this, it makes me sad.
Sure, it’s just a minor detail. But the underlying message is that someone didn’t care enough to make it perfect. Doesn’t matter if it’s true or not (I suspect this was a rush job), that’s what it comes off as.
Perhaps that’s why I work at Apple. Because I won’t stop until every minor detail is perfect.
